Tekni-Plex is seeking a proactive, service focused, team-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to join our team. This role requires attention to detail, communication skills, organizational skills, sound judgement, and a high level of confidentiality. The EA will act as a seamless extension of the supported executives. The candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-focused environment, while maintaining great flexibility, and composure. The candidate will work autonomously on different projects and possess the ability to complete a high volume of tasks with minimal guidance or supervision.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directly reports to the TekniPlex Healthcare HRVP and supports the TekniPlex Healthcare Global leadership team of eight, with some based outside of the United States.
- Acts as a strategic partner; plans, coordinates and ensures the executives schedules are followed and respected, preserves executives focus on high level priorities and declines or delegates other tasks, assisting executives to achieve their goals.
- Completes a broad variety of tasks including: managing complex calendars with mastery, optimizing travel schedules, itineraries and agendas.
- Trusted confidant who maintains a high level of confidentiality, sense of discretion, and acts with integrity.
- Facilitates communication in the organization to accelerate response times and keep messages moving; triage and draft replies to emails, communicates strategy clearly and accurately.
- Create and master a system of a high level of organization and documentation to enhance productivity and eliminate redundancy.
- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events). Including events out of the state and country and coordinating hotel, transportation, meals, activities, etc.
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items (including meeting notes and action items.)
- Create, organize and maintain global division organization charts driving clarity to roles, reporting structures and location.
- Collaborate with TekniPlex Executive Assistant on various projects with extensive coordination of Healthcare CEO’s calendar and schedule.
- Assist executive team with expense report review and approvals with attention to detail.
Requirements
- Five to ten years of experience supporting C-Level Executives
- Ability to travel 10%
- Experience with coordinating international travel is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Experience in event planning and budget management is desirable.
- Special projects as required.

Pay of $62,000-$67,500+ DOE
