The Submittals Coordinator is responsible for assisting the assigned Project Manager in the planning,
management, project completion and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be required to assist in coordinating all contractual requirements and project specifications that include, but are not limited to:
Document Control
Assist with Change Orders, RFI, Submittal Tracking
Contract Administration
Punch-List Management
Project Closeout documents
Assist in Permit Process
The candidate will work with the assigned project manager to help achieve their respective project management objectives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
3 to 5 years of previous administrative experience working for a construction company
Experience working with contract drawings, subcontracts, contract addendums, specifications, change orders, RFIs, and submittals a plus.
Experience using sophisticated Project Management preferred.
Familiar with standard deliverables and work processes on projects.
Must have strong interpersonal and writing skills and be a problem owner/solver.
Proven ability to effectively plan and organize own activities and the activities of others.
- Experience using sophisticated Procore, preferred.
