How you’ll contribute   

A Physician Office Manager who excels in this role: 

• Oversees daily flow of clinic operations while supporting high quality patient care. 

• Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.

• Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.

• Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management.

What we’re looking for 
Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent. 

• Associates degree preferred. LPN or RN license preferred. 
• Previous management and clinical experience preferred. 
• Requires knowledge of physician office operations and administration.
