We are seeking a confident, service-driven Assistant Front Office Manager to help lead our Front Office team and elevate every guest arrival, stay, and departure.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily Front Desk operations with a visible, service-driven presence, ensuring seamless guest arrival and departure experiences.
- Supervise Front Desk shift operations, including openings, closings, staffing coverage, and smooth shift transitions.
- Collaborate with Bell, Concierge, Switchboard, and Guest Services teams to deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences.
- Engage directly with guests to resolve concerns, perform service recovery, and exceed expectations.
- Train, coach, and empower Front Office associates; support hiring, onboarding, performance feedback, and recognition initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze Front Desk reports, guest feedback, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, credit procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.
- Oversee same-day selling, room rate accuracy, occupancy optimization, and night audit procedures as needed.
- Manage departmental expenses and support budgeted goals, aligning Front Office operations with overall hotel financial performance.
- Maintain a professional work environment by ensuring associates have appropriate supplies, uniforms, and tools to succeed.
