The Institutional Effectiveness (IE) Administrative Assistant II position performs advanced and diversified clerical duties requiring a comprehensive level of experience. <\/span>The position is responsible <\/span>for <\/span>providing <\/span>administrative <\/span>support <\/span>for <\/span>grants, <\/span>contracts, <\/span>assessments, <\/span>planning, <\/span>and reporting in support of instructional and institutional effectiveness. <\/span>This includes assisting the department with data entry, tracking budgets, submitting and tracking purchase requisitions, conducting and updating equipment inventories by project, updating tracking documents, coordinating <\/span>and <\/span>documenting <\/span>meetings <\/span>(virtual <\/span>and <\/span>in\-person), <\/span>maintaining <\/span>databases, <\/span>preparing reports and publications, and updating internal and publicly available information relevant to IE activities. <\/span>The <\/span>position <\/span>reports <\/span>directly <\/span>to <\/span>the <\/span>IE <\/span>Director <\/span>for <\/span>Research <\/span>and <\/span>Compliance <\/span>under <\/span>the guidance of the Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness. <\/span>The incumbent maintains qualifications <\/span>for <\/span>employment as <\/span>described by <\/span>the Technical <\/span>College System of Georgia (TCSG) Policy Manual, CGTC policies and procedures, and accreditation standards. <\/span>Travel between campuses and other site locations within the Collegeâs eleven\-county service area is required.

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Performs and completes tasks and assignments associated with personnel support functions for Institutional Effectiveness and grant\/contract Project Managers (e.g., WIOA, Perkins, <\/span>PBI), <\/span>to <\/span>include <\/span>purchase <\/span>orders, <\/span>travel <\/span>arrangements, <\/span>expense <\/span>statements, <\/span>etc.;<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provides <\/span>support <\/span>to <\/span>administrative staff;<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Completes complex processing of documents and\/or transactions for Institutional Effectiveness staff and activities;<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Conducts research using a variety of sources to complete, prepare, assemble, process, and\/or generate reports and other documentation, or to respond to inquiries, questions or requests;<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Enters <\/span>data <\/span>from <\/span>forms, <\/span>records, <\/span>reports, <\/span>and\/or <\/span>other <\/span>sources <\/span>into <\/span>computer <\/span>for <\/span>purposes such as maintaining databases, updating tracking documents, etc.;<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Uses <\/span>computer <\/span>software <\/span>as <\/span>a <\/span>tool <\/span>for <\/span>performing <\/span>clerical <\/span>assignments;<\/span><\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provides <\/span>support <\/span>for <\/span>meetings, <\/span>including <\/span>scheduling, <\/span>taking <\/span>notes, <\/span>composing <\/span>meeting minutes, and assisting with hosting virtual meetings;<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitors <\/span>use <\/span>of <\/span>and <\/span>maintains <\/span>supplies, <\/span>equipment <\/span>and\/or <\/span>facilities <\/span>in <\/span>support <\/span>of Institutional Effectiveness staff and activities;<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Completes <\/span>all <\/span>assigned <\/span>trainings <\/span>in <\/span>a <\/span>timely <\/span>manner; <\/span>and<\/span><\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Other <\/span>responsibilities <\/span>as <\/span>assigned.<\/span><\/span>
