Lickety Split is a fast-growing service company committed to delivering exceptional HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a driven and self-motivated Office Manager to help lead our administrative operations and support our growing team.
The Office Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly and efficiently. We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter who takes ownership, leads by example, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting both leadership and staff.
Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions
Manage office staff and support team productivity
Ensure efficient scheduling, communication, and workflow processes
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
Serve as a point of contact between departments and leadership
Identify process improvements and implement solutions
Support onboarding, training, and internal coordination
5–8 years of relevant experience
Proven experience in an office management or administrative leadership role
Highly motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with office software and management systems
Experience in a service-based industry preferred
