Administrative Assistant
Pride Health is hiring an Administrative Assistant for one of its clients in Massachusetts.
This is a 3-month contract with a possible extension, with competitive pay and benefits.
Location – Lexington, Massachusetts (02421)
Pay range - $20 - $23 per hour.
Length of assignment - 3 months (Possibility of Extension)
Shift and Schedule - Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and callers. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing administrative duties while utilizing the EPIC system to ensure accurate and efficient workflow.
Job Duties
• Greet patients, visitors, and staff professionally and courteously.
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls, route inquiries appropriately, and provide accurate information.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed.
• Perform data entry, documentation, and record management within the EPIC system.
• Maintain an organized and efficient front desk environment.
Requirements
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous administrative assistant or front desk experience in a healthcare or clinical setting required.
• EPIC experience required.
• Previous front desk experience required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Administrative experience with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications: COVID-19 booster and flu vaccine required (medical exemptions will be considered).
