We are a global distribution company seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Indianapolis, IN.

Job Description

  • Advanced administrative responsibilities include preparation of more complex reports/presentations and analysis using various software packages and databases.
  • Is considered a specialist in the department or division, responsible for a complete process of complex nature.
  • Duties will include determining methods and procedures used to accomplish tasks.


 

Qualifications

  • 2+ yrs Administrative Assistant Experience
  • 1+ yrs of Customer Service Experience
  • High School Dipoloma or GED
  • Legal Authorization to Work in the US
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Have excellent communication and computer skills

Additional Information

  • 6 Month Contract +/-
  • Shift: Mon-Fri, 5:30PM-1:30AM

**Must be flexible
