The Role: Executive Assistant to Co-Founder & Partner

The Location: Menlo Park, CA (Hybrid – 4 days onsite) 

The Money: $115k - $130k Base + Generous Bonus

The Day-to-Day:

• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
• Schedule high-volume meetings/appointments and oversee Executives' Google Calendars
• Handle event planning soup to nuts; manage vendors, guestlists, and swag
• Work closely with other Executive Assistants and rotate managing the front office; greet guests, manage inventory, order team lunches, etc.
