The Best Western San Angelo, is located just outside of the heart of San Angelo and several Miles from The State University.
We are currently seeking a Front Office Manager, with the ideal candidate having 2 or more years of Front Office supervisory experience.
Job duties and requirements:
- Oversee all aspect of the front desk and communications with our guests.
- Maintain Advance Purchases, Account Receivables, Petty Cash, and Bank Deposits
- Balance Tax Exempt and maintain documentation.
- Ensure employees are filling out required forms both on paper and online.
- Interview and recommend candidates for hire
- Schedule, train, and supervise all front desk employees
- Train and onboarding new hires keeping in compliance with Hilton guidelines
- Develop and maintain training
- Maintain sufficient levels of supplies for the operation of the Front Desk.
- Preform property walks
- Monitor Labor cost
- Will spend the major of time working at the Front Desk
- Host evening reception when needed
- Responsible for all Guest Relations, and social media correspondence between the brand and guests.
- Supervise the presentation of Breakfast in the morning.
- Help out in other departments as needed
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable
- Must be able to work any shift at any time with little or no notice
- Require to work evening, weekend and Holidays
