We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, handling correspondence, handling errands and general operational needs as assigned.
· Customer Relations: Greet customers and visitors, handle customer inquiries, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow-up on requests with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
· Document Management: Prepare, review, and edit documents, presentations, and reports. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all materials before distribution.
· Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and ensuring follow-up on action items.
· Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
· Education: High School Diploma required, Associate Degree Preferred.
· Experience:
- Preferred minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
