Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Student Financial Aid, the Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Director and serves as the primary point of contact for the Office of Student Financial Assistance, providing customer service to students, families, and campus partners. This role is responsible for assisting with office operations in support of departmental initiatives including assisting/answering/ student inquiries, maintaining accurate records, coordinating meetings, appointments, and events, processing incoming/outgoing communications, and coordinating supply and service purchases in compliance with institutional procurement policies. Additionally, this role provides administrative support to the Project Director of the Marshall for All Program and the Director of Student Financial Aid within the Office of Financial Assistance.
