Our elite client is a leading
Restoration & Reconstruction company looking for an experienced
Office Manager from a home-services industry — restoration, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, or construction — to lead office operations for a fast-growing restoration company. The Office Manager plays a pivotal role in leading all office operations and ensuring timely delivery of all office process functions. This position involves a diverse range of responsibilities, from scheduling and customer service to financial administration, compliance documentation, HR support and other duties as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office team including Job File Coordinators, Administrative Assistants, Receptionist/Dispatchers, and Accounting/HR Administrators.
- Facilitate completion of mid-year and annual reviews.
- Oversee franchise compensation and staffing plan.
- Complete daily bookkeeping activities.
- Complete application process for Preferred Vendor programs.
- Administer payroll and ensure timely submission of Royalty Reports.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience as an Office Manager.
- Experience in Restoration Highly preferred.
- Experience as an office manager in plumbing, HVAC, roofing, construction or a related trade preferred.
- High school diploma/GED, college degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks or equivalent accounting software.
- IICRC and Xactimate certifications preferred.
- Xactimate experience preferred.
- Bilingual a plus
