REQUIREMENTS

• Experience (10 years) supporting multiple high level executives, Microsoft outlook calendaring and email handling for executives, procuring travel for executives, team player with other support staff. 
• Outlook, Outlook, Outlook, Word, PDF and PowerPoint

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organizing the executives for the day and setting up meetings.
