Scheduling & Staffing
Create, manage, and maintain caregiver schedules to meet client care needs
Coordinate shift coverage, call-outs, and last-minute schedule changes
Ensure appropriate caregiver-to-client matching based on skills, availability, and compliance
Monitor overtime, travel time, and schedule efficiency
Use HHAeXchange daily for scheduling, visit verification, and documentation
Office Management
Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative workflow
Serve as a primary point of contact for caregivers, clients, and families
Maintain accurate client and caregiver records in compliance with agency and state requirements
Assist with onboarding paperwork, compliance tracking, and credential management
Support payroll preparation and billing processes as needed
Minimum of 5 years of scheduling experience in a home care agency
Hands-on experience using HHAeXchange is required
Strong knowledge of home care operations and caregiver scheduling practices
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, and office systems
