The U.S. Water Culligan Group is currently seeking a self-motivated individual to help organize the daily functions. 

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Schedule and coordinate service and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data security.
• Support sales team with contracts, scheduling and installations.
• Identify opportunities for additional sales.

Office & Financial Management

• Oversee office operations and control expenses.
• Manage work schedules, billing, and financial reports.
• Handle credit, collections, and account management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.

Staff & Inventory Oversight

• Train and supervise office staff.
• Maintain staffing levels and performance goals.
• Manage inventory tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; business administration experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• 5+ years of customer relations experience; 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to pass a drug screening test.
