Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team within a dynamic ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental conditions. This role combines traditional administrative tasks with industry-specific support to help our organization run smoothly and compassionately.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, email correspondence, and travel coordination
• Assist with internal communications, staff scheduling, and meeting logistics across therapy teams
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for clinical and business operations
• Liaise between executives, clinicians, clients, and external partners with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain confidential records, including client files, HR documentation, and compliance materials
• Coordinate billing, payroll tracking, and service authorizations in collaboration with office staff
• Support HR and onboarding processes, including training schedules and certification tracking
• Assist with marketing and outreach efforts to promote services and support company growth

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an executive assistant or administrative professional (ABA, healthcare, or nonprofit experience preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ABA terminology a plus
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
