The Regional Business Office Manager (BOM) will oversee and support business office operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring strong revenue cycle performance, compliance, and operational consistency across all locations. You will lead and mentor Business Office Managers, monitor financial performance, and work closely with leadership to resolve operational and financial challenges.

The ideal candidate is highly experienced in healthcare finance and operations, comfortable managing multi-site teams, and able to take ownership of billing, collections, AR, and compliance at a regional level. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee business office operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities

• Supervise and support facility-level Business Office Managers

• Ensure accurate and timely billing, collections, and accounts receivable management

• Monitor financial performance, KPIs, and aging reports

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations

• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements

• Partner with leadership on financial strategy and operational planning

• Support audits, surveys, and regulatory reviews as needed

• Provide training, guidance, and accountability to business office teams

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care business office operations required

• Prior regional or multi-facility management experience strongly preferred

• Deep knowledge of healthcare billing, collections, AR, and revenue cycle management

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
