About The Role

Kinetic IT is seeking a highly proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team and contribute to a positive, efficient, and engaged workplace. This is a dynamic position that requires exceptional communication skills and a high degree of discretion with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities will include:

• Providing high level administrative support to executive leaders.
• Calendar management, scheduling and coordination of travel arrangements / itineraries.
• Email inbox management and prioritisation of correspondence.
• Prepare, maintain and organise documentation, presentations and reporting.
• Plan, organise and coordinate meetings and events.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
• Engagement and liaison with both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships and acting a liaison between the executive and various teams.
• Support initiatives and assist with project coordination.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to be calm and adaptable under pressure.
