Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Manage schedules, appointments.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain filing systems and ensure data entry accuracy.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
• Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and other company functions.
• Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
• Collaborate with other Agents to support company-wide initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
