On behalf of our client we are looking for an Executive Assistant.<\/span>
<\/p>
Roles and Responsibilities:<\/span>
<\/p>
This position will provide onsite support at both HQ office locations for both the Director of Operations and the CEO.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
This position provides onsite support for the Director of Operations who is 100% remote.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
This position will also provide the CEO onsite support during remote work, currently at 60%.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Support tasks will range widely and will span all ongoing activities of the organization.<\/span>

<\/ul>
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:<\/span>
<\/p>
Associates or someone pursuing a degree or technical or business education<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Requires a minimum of two years of work in an office or operations environment.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite(s) including and up to Office365<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Working knowledge of office equipment<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Understand how office equipment works and the ability to change printer cartridges; move and organize office equipment; attach peripherals<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Will interface with guests in the office and arrange interview resources.<\/span>
