Kelly Services is currently recruiting for an experienced Administrative Assistant III for our client, one of the world’s leading innovative technology companies, at its location in Santa Clara Valley, CA.
This is a 6 month contract position starting in September 2016 and pays $14.00-$16.50/hour depending on experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for administrative support to a department or individual
• Typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and
conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail
• May work on special projects
Required Experience and Skills:
• 3-5 years of recent experience in a similar role
• Recent experience supporting Stakeholders and Executives
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required
• Familiarity with MS Office required
