Role Summary
The Lab @ T. Rowe Price is seeking a proactive, energetic, and highly organized self-starter Office Manager with a strong client-service mindset to support senior leadership and act as a polished representative of our technology-driven business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, anticipates needs before they arise, and seamlessly balances multiple priorities while creating an exceptional experience for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
The successful candidate is a natural problem solver, a relationship builder, and a true “go-getter” who confidently wears many hats elevating leaders, strengthening office culture, and ensuring every visitor and team member feels supported.

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home. Please note: Based on weekly business needs, working on-site 5 days per week may be required.
