We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Manager to join
our growing company. This role is central to the smooth operation of our
business — handling administrative, financial, and procurement responsibilities
that support our technical and leadership teams.<\/span>

Position Overview<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
The Office Manager is responsible for keeping the business running
efficiently day -to -day through expert handling of administrative tasks,
scheduling, vendor coordination, procurement, and finance/HR support.<\/span>
<\/p>
You'll work closely with leadership to ensure that our internal
operations are as strong as our client delivery. This role is ideal for someone
who thrives on and loves improving processes and enjoys supporting a team in a
fast -paced environment.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>

Administrative & Operations<\/span>
<\/p>
Manage company calendars, meetings, and
event coordination.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Support leadership with scheduling,
logistics, and communications.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Organize internal events, company
meetings, and travel arrangements.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Act as the point of contact for daily
office operations.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Finance & HR Support<\/span>
<\/p>
Generate and send client invoices; track
late payments.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Manage expense tracking, vendor payments,
and financial documentation.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Assist with employee onboarding
(accounts, paperwork, insurance, scheduling, and coordination).<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Maintain employee records and internal HR
documentation.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Procurement & Vendor Coordination<\/span>
<\/p>
Coordinate vendor orders for hardware,
software, and renewals.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Track orders, deliveries, and renewals to
keep services running smoothly.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Maintain vendor relationships and
documentation.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Collaborate with leadership on cost
comparisons and purchasing decisions.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Process & Systems Support<\/span>
<\/p>
Update and maintain data in PSA, CRM, and
accounting platforms.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Support operational reporting and
administrative follow -up.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Identify opportunities to improve and
streamline administrative processes.<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Requirements
& Qualifications<\/span><\/b>

2+ years of
experience in office administration, operations, or related roles.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Excellent
organizational and communication skills.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Comfortable
working in or learning PSA and accounting tools (e.g., ConnectWise Manage,
Autotask PSA, QuickBooks Online).<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Ability to manage
multiple priorities in a fast -moving environment.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Trustworthy with
sensitive financial and employee information.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Proficiency with
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Experience in the
IT or MSP space is a plus, but not required.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Local to
Vancouver, WA.<\/span>
