<\/div> - Role Summary: As a Mid -Level Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of complex administrative functions, supporting deal managers and the commercial executive community.

<\/div>4. What are the key responsibilities?<\/b>
<\/b><\/div> - Responsibilities and Duties:
<\/div> - Manage schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and process business expenses for all levels of management.
<\/div> - Coordinate meetings and events, including calendar management.
<\/div> - Handle department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.
<\/div> - Manage procurement of goods and services, including computer equipment and office supplies.
<\/div> - Provide general office support and serve as the department/group contact.
<\/div> - Complete special projects as assigned.

<\/div>5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?<\/b>
<\/b><\/div> - MUST -Have Skills and Qualifications:
<\/div> - 3 -5 years of experience in calendar management using Outlook.
<\/div> - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
<\/div> - Strong organizational skills.
<\/div> - Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
<\/div> - Experience with Head Trax software is a plus.
