Come build the future with us.
At GC AI, we’re building the future of AI-powered work, starting with transforming how legal teams operate. As our Senior Executive Assistant to the CTO, you’ll be the strategic right hand to our CTO & co-founder, helping him stay focused on what matters most: building world-class AI products and leading our engineering organization. This role is more than scheduling; you’ll help organize priorities, streamline communication, manage special projects, and create leverage across the entire product and engineering org.
At an early-stage startup, every decision counts and the CTO’s ability to move quickly and stay aligned with company priorities has an outsized impact on GC.ai’s trajectory. You’ll be the operational backbone that keeps our technical leadership sharp, informed, and effective.
Your work will create structure in chaos, clarity in complexity, and momentum in moments that matter most. When you do your job well, the entire engineering and product team moves faster and smarter and our mission to redefine how professionals work with AI becomes a reality.
