Key Responsibilities:<\/span>

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings and calls with partners, clients, and tea<\/span>m members.<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Field and prioritize<\/span> <\/span>emails and phone calls, ensuring important matters are addressed promptly.<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Assist in preparing presentations, documents, and reports.<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Organize and maintain files, documents, and project timelines.<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Help manage various software tools and platforms, including CRM systems and project management tools.<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Assist with creating training materials and managing internal communications.<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the CEO and the company’s leadership team.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Expertise in using software tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello).<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Impeccable organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
• High attention to detail and the ability to anticipate the CEO’s needs.<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Ability to work both remotely and onsite as needed.<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.<\/span>
