Summary: To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office by performing the following duties.

5. Inventories and orders office supplies as needed.
6. Arranges for equipment repairs as needed.
7. Oversees details of office meetings to include preparing minutes in a timely manner.
8. Prepares correspondence and office memos in an efficient manner.
9. Attends seminars, conferences and all meetings as directed.
10. Performs other related duties as assigned.
