Job Requirements:
• Requires 4 years min of Administrative Assistant experience.
• Candidate should have experience working in a large corporate environment.
• Should have ability to perform various word processing functions, such as creating, formatting, revising, retrieving, and storing documents MS Office products .
• Must be intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Working knowledge of WebEx and Outlook.
• Candidate will work in co’s Customer Fund Manager CFM pulling shipment data, financials in database, etc.
• Individual will support Team Finance Manager so working knowledge of data pulling system helpful for candidate.
• Compiling records of office activities plus photocopying, scanning and faxing
• Preparing and sending outgoing mailings and packages
• Sending emails plus typing documents and correspondence
• Checking, entering, updating and maintaining databases
• Controlling basic accounting functions such as checking invoices and making deposits
• Monitoring and ordering inventory of office supplies
• Keeping conference rooms neat stocked with supplies
• Must be familiar with filing systems.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and must possess problem solving skills with the ability to multi task.
• Deal courteously with employees and the public in person, phone and correspondence.
• Follow basic rules, policies, and procedures of the office
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to adapt to new responsibilities and changes in the work environment.
Pay Rate 26.50$ per Hour
