Our company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant Intern to provide temporary support to the President. This internship offers hands\-on experience in executive level support and administration, with exposure to the construction and federal contracting industry. The intern will gain valuable insight into executive operations while supporting a variety of organizational and administrative tasks. <\/span><\/span>

Responsibilities: <\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
⢠Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination. <\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
⢠Prepare meeting notes, agendas, and follow\-up documentation. <\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
⢠Attend meetings to record necessary after actions. <\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
⢠Support research, data entry, and report preparation. <\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
⢠Assist with travel arrangements, event coordination, and document organization. <\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
⢠Accompany the President to trade shows and conferences for recording actions. <\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
⢠Help maintain filing systems and digital records. <\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
⢠Support communication and correspondence on behalf of the President. <\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
⢠Track and document action status. <\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
⢠Provide administrative support, including office organization. <\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
⢠Assist with occasional personal errands or scheduling as needed. <\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
⢠Perform other duties as assigned. <\/span><\/span>

Qualification Guidelines: <\/span><\/span>

⢠Education <\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
o High School Diploma required, <\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
o Currently pursuing or recently completed an associate or bachelorâs degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field. <\/span><\/span>

⢠Experience <\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
o Prior administrative or internship experience preferred but not required.<\/span><\/span>

o Strong organizational skills and time\-management skills. <\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. <\/span><\/span>

o Strong written and verbal communication skills. <\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
o Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast\-paced environment. <\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
o Strong multitasking abilities. <\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
o Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly. <\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
o Interest in construction, project management, or federal contracting is a plus. <\/span><\/span>
