Summary Of Position
Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, perform a variety of duties in support of the IOD using independent judgment. This position provides customer service to individuals in-person, over the phone and electronically. The role provides in person general office organizational and project administrative support including monitoring and ordering inventory for office and break room supplies, maintaining workstation and conference room calendars, providing conference support, and facilitating key tasks and procedures for overall office flow.
Other Minimum Qualifications
High school graduation and two years of related experience involving progressive responsible duties requiring discretion and independent judgment, or a combination of higher education and related experience equal to two years. General office work experience, including basic calendar management, office supply ordering, working incoming and outgoing correspondences, including emails, faxes, mail and packages, and on site and virtual conference support. Ability to perform computer work and keyboarding duties as specified. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with faculty, staff, students and the general public.
