Exceptional Admins (EA) is seeking a professional for an opportunity with a client in the Technology (Data Center) industry with an office located at 80290 (Downtown Denver).

Hiring goal
The role of Executive Assistant has significant responsibilities requiring the new team member to be organized, attentive, and nimble. The ideal candidate must be able to pivot between tasks while maintaining a sharp focus on their own duties. You’ll be providing exceptional service to the executive and partnering with other exceptional admins on the team to support company initiatives.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Executive Support – 100%
No inbox management
Heavy calendar coordination
Assisting Direct Reports with scheduling requests
Partnering with Key External Stakeholders including the company’s Public Investment firm
Scheduling complex meetings with several external parties
Help with large events, annually
Stay informed and follow-up on to-do’s acting as a bridge for the executives and direct reports
Arrange and oversee full-cycle travel, monthly
Monthly expense reports in Concur
Partner with executive on leadership initiatives to optimize time and productivity
Organize and plan all logistics for internal and external meetings (i.e., with company owner)
Assist with preparation (i.e., presentation and gather materials necessary for meetings)
Coordinate agendas and deliverables
Track “what’s next” tasks
Generate and deliver follow up emails to participants
Help with coordination for the Team Summit event (quarterly)
Help executive with flow of information via Teams

Company Offerings
Salary: $80k to $110k, plus 10% annual bonus eligibility.
Schedule: The company offers a 4:1 (1-day remote) schedule. More remote days under consideration by the executive team. Hours are 8-5pm.
401(k): Company matches 50% up to 6% on every payroll. Employees are 100% vested, with eligibility beginning immediately upon employment.
PTO: 20 days of PTO accrued over a year.
Holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.

Phone screen between candidate and Exceptional Admins (30-mins)

Second client interview: candidate and client staff (2-hrs onsite)
