Project Coordinator – Executive Support & Operations
Location: Full-time, On-site (Delaware County)
Reports To: CEO
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
Our Delaware County client is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Coordinator to provide executive support and operational oversight for their CEO and leadership team.
This role goes beyond traditional executive assistant responsibilities; it is a strategic position designed to enhance organizational efficiency, ensure seamless execution of key initiatives, and facilitate effective communication at all levels. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, executive support experience, and the ability to drive business priorities forward with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination & Execution: Manage and oversee initiatives to ensure timely completion and alignment with strategic goals.
- Executive Communication & Correspondence: Streamline communication channels, manage the CEO’s inbox, prioritize messages, and draft professional responses as required.
- Calendar & Task Management: Maintain executive schedules, coordinate meetings, and proactively manage commitments to optimize time and efficiency.
- Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up: Develop agendas, document key takeaways, track action items, and ensure accountability.
- Process Optimization & Problem-Solving: Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, improve delegation, and drive operational excellence.
- Office & Culture Support: Foster a positive and productive workplace environment by maintaining momentum and engagement within the team.

- Strong Executive Support Experience: Proven background in assisting C-suite executives with administrative and strategic tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in operations, logistics, or executive support roles.

- Knowledge of custom production, design, or related industries, or manufacturing (a plus but not required).
