What you'd do as an Administrative Assistant at Care Initiatives: Manages front desk responsibilities, such as answering the phone, email, and mail, ordering office supplies, managing the conference rooms, and issuing name badges and access cards. Responsible for assisting the director of human resources with managing the HR responsibilities for the home office team members. Assists with monitoring access, answering questions, following up on issues, auditing, etc., on HR programs. Maintains the intranet, directories, organizational chart and other documents. Participating as a member of our home office Culture Committee. Perform general office duties which may include serving as back-up administrative support to executive leadership on an as needed basis. What it takes to become an Administrative Assistant with Care Initiatives: Associate degree in office administration, human resources, or related field preferred. 3-5 years of administrative, office management, or human resources experience. HR experience is highly desired. Excellent skills with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Visio, Outlook, Adobe and Webex. Expert level written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Ability to take initiative and solve problems effectively and efficiently.
